I picked up 5+ polaroid cameras at some garage sales over the past couple of weeks for a grand total of fifty cents. An SX-70, a few land cameras and some 600's. A few might find their way towards E-bay for some spending cash (film development is not cheap!) but I might keep a few and play around with them a bit. I am starting out doing portraits now.  If only I had a decent digital cam to work with. Instead I am using film and relying on the film labs to put them on CD's for an ungodly price. *sigh* I did my cousin's senior portraits over the summer and a few others. I would like to get some more experience. I just need to find the models. S

I just bought a polaroid land camera for $4.23 at the thrift store today. What a find! I went in looking for furniture and came out with a camera. :) I don't know if it works, the batteries were left in it and are all corroded to hell, the film that was in it was from the 70's. It's in nice shape though (other than the battery compartment). Hopefully it works. On another note my friend Ash and I are heading out to California in less than a month. We're driving, crashing in campsites along the way and staying in LA for a few days before heading home. It should be an awesome photography experience. I am thrilled.

I haven't posted on here for what seems like forever. I've been busy with school and work lately but I added a few new shots today. Mostly from my drive back to school a couple weeks ago. Its a long and lonely drive and I get bored easily so I usually bust out my camera and take shots going 80mph and attempting not to swerve. I posted a few that turned out pretty nice
